Dr. Amy Clark is an enrollment strategist, executive coach, and founder of Exceptionally Engaged, where she helps people and organizations discover what sets them apart—and put it to work. Her career spans higher education, corporate design, and nonprofit leadership, including roles in strategic communications, creative direction, and enrollment management. Amy’s early experience in brand and design strategy informs her strengths-based approach: she understands how identity, message, and systems converge—and how to align them for lasting impact.

At Woodland Pacific, Amy brings a rare blend of creative insight and operational strategy. She draws on her background in design and coaching to build structures that are both human-centered and scalable, helping the organization stay rooted in purpose while preparing for growth.
