Christie May is a project strategist and organizational leader with over two decades of experience guiding cross-sector teams through complex systems in both the public and private sectors. A certified Project Management Professional and Relativity Administrator, she currently serves as a senior leader at Deloitte, where she brings innovation, clarity, and structure to large-scale risk and discovery initiatives. Known for her ability to build high-performing teams and foster trust across disciplines, Christie approaches leadership with a deep belief in the power of clear communication and relational intelligence.

At Woodland Pacific, Christie contributes a critical systems lens—one that recognizes the structural gaps that often exclude neurodivergent talent and reframes them as missed opportunities for innovation and growth. Her corporate insight, combined with a passion for developing others, helps shape Woodland Pacific’s strategy for operational integrity, sustainable growth, and stakeholder engagement. With a coach’s ear and a strategist’s eye, Christie ensures the organization builds with both vision and structure, grounded in the belief that inclusion is not just ethical—it’s essential.
