Véra Radunsky, EdD (Candidate)
Co-founding Board Member
Véra Radunsky is a licensed speech-language pathologist and learning support specialist with deep clinical expertise in communication, language development, and neurodivergent support. Her work spans school-based and therapeutic settings, where she partners with families, educators, and learners to foster authentic expression, agency, and connection, while building the necessary skills to increase lifelong learning. Véra is particularly attuned to the experience of neurodivergence in historically marginalized populations, and she brings both evidence-based practices and emotional insight to her work.
At Woodland Pacific, Véra helps ensure that the organization’s programs recognize communication as both a skill and a right—something that shapes how we are seen, heard, and understood in the world. Her approach is grounded in empathy, cultural responsiveness, and research-based methodology, offering a vital lens on the sensory and expressive needs of neurodivergent individuals. Whether supporting individuals 1:1, advising institutions on learning environments, or contributing to group facilitation design, Véra brings a passionate curiosity and a deep commitment to helping others find their voice—and be met with care when they do.
